Itinerary
Friday October 14th
5:00 pm : Welcome... Event packets available.
6:00 pm : Informal Dinner/Socializing - Days Inn Hotel and Dubuque area restaurants.
Saturday October 15th
9:00 am : Gather in lobby.
9:30-12:30 pm : Scenic drive along the Mississippi River.
12:30-1:30 pm : Lunch in route.
1:30-4:00 pm : Scenic Drive back to Galena.
4:00 pm: Arrive Galena, shopping and sight seeing
6:30-9:00 pm : Dinner- DeSoto Hotel in Galena.
9:00 pm : Return to Days Inn.
9:30-? pm : Outside Fireplace Social- Weather permitting.
Sunday October 16th
11:30am : Optional river boat lunch cruise.
Please book your
ticket directly with the cruise company at 563-583-8093 (www.dubuqueriverrides.com). $37.64 per adult and $26.04 per child total cost
for boat ride and lunch. Tell them you want the "2 hour hot lunch cruise" that
departs at 11:30. Tell them you are "with the car club" and they will seat us
together. There is indoor seating so this is a rain so shine event.
